Cookie and Local Storage Policy
1. Public legal website
These static legal pages do not intentionally set cookies, run advertising scripts or use behavioural analytics. The hosting platform may process standard connection logs such as IP address, browser information, requested page and timestamp for security and delivery purposes.
2. Moonveil mobile App
The mobile App does not use browser cookies. It uses local technologies such as SQLite and device local storage to keep settings, language preferences, readings, notes, profile information, entitlement cache and other App data on the device.
Local storage is essential for offline operation. Removing the App, clearing its storage or deleting individual items may remove this data. Device-level backups may keep copies according to Apple, Google or user settings.
3. Moonveil web application
The current web code uses local browser storage/database technologies only where needed for functionality and offline content. Before a production web account, authentication session, analytics or payment flow is launched, this policy must be updated to list each cookie or storage key, its purpose, provider and lifetime.
4. Strictly necessary technologies
If the future web service uses authentication or security cookies, they may be placed without optional marketing consent where they are strictly necessary to provide a service requested by the user. Examples may include a session token, CSRF protection, language preference or consent record. The production cookie table must identify the actual names and lifetimes.
5. Analytics, advertising and consent
Moonveil currently does not use third-party marketing analytics, targeted advertising or cross-site tracking. No such technology may be enabled in the EEA/UK before an appropriate consent mechanism is implemented, consent is recorded, refusal is as easy as acceptance and the Privacy Policy/store disclosures are updated.
6. Controls
Users can manage browser storage and cookies in browser settings and can clear mobile App data in device settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent sign-in, offline content or other requested features from working.

1. Publiczna strona prawna
Statyczne strony prawne nie ustawiają celowo cookies, nie uruchamiają reklam ani analityki behawioralnej. Dostawca hostingu może przetwarzać standardowe logi połączeń, np. adres IP, przeglądarkę, żądaną stronę i czas, w celu bezpieczeństwa i dostarczenia strony.
2. Aplikacja mobilna
Aplikacja mobilna nie używa cookies przeglądarkowych. Korzysta z SQLite i pamięci lokalnej urządzenia do przechowywania ustawień, języka, odczytów, notatek, profilu, cache entitlementów i innych danych aplikacji.
Ta pamięć jest potrzebna do działania offline. Odinstalowanie, wyczyszczenie danych albo usunięcie elementów może je skasować. Backup urządzenia może zachować kopię zgodnie z ustawieniami Apple, Google lub użytkownika.
3. Aplikacja webowa
Obecny kod web używa lokalnej pamięci lub bazy przeglądarki wyłącznie dla funkcjonalności i treści offline. Przed uruchomieniem produkcyjnego logowania, sesji, analityki lub płatności dokument musi zostać uzupełniony o rzeczywiste nazwy, cele, dostawców i czas życia cookies/storage.
4. Technologie niezbędne
Jeżeli przyszły web użyje cookies logowania lub bezpieczeństwa, mogą być stosowane bez opcjonalnej zgody marketingowej tylko wtedy, gdy są ściśle konieczne do usługi żądanej przez użytkownika. Przykłady to sesja, CSRF, język albo zapis wyboru zgody.
5. Analityka, reklama i zgoda
Moonveil obecnie nie używa marketingowej analityki zewnętrznej, reklam targetowanych ani śledzenia między stronami. Takie narzędzia nie mogą zostać uruchomione w EOG/UK bez prawidłowego mechanizmu zgody, równie łatwej odmowy i aktualizacji polityk oraz deklaracji sklepowych.
6. Kontrola
Cookies i pamięć przeglądarki można kontrolować w ustawieniach przeglądarki, a dane aplikacji mobilnej w ustawieniach urządzenia. Zablokowanie pamięci niezbędnej może uniemożliwić logowanie lub działanie offline.
